Our Terms and Conditions and our Returns Policy


Best Badges are committed to offering the highest level of service and customer satisfaction as possible. Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy before placing an order.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, all payments must be made at point of order. 

Credit is given at the discretion of Best Badges Ltd.  Payment is to be made in full 30 days from date of invoice.  If Best Badges Ltd instruct a debt recovery agency to pursue any payment due under an account, the customer shall pay all of Best Badges Ltd legal costs and disbursements arising therefrom on a full indemnity basis.

We cannot accept responsibility for any failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver goods nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of Best Badges or any agent.

We will not go into production of any order until all artwork has been approved by the customer. Best Badges will assume that the customer has all rights to use any artwork submitted and approved.

By placing an order with Best Badges, you are accepting our terms and conditions and returns policy.

Our Prices

All quotes are valid for a period of 7 days.  We reserve the right to charge extra for multiple designs per single order.  We reserve the right to charge extra if the customer requires multiple amendments to artwork beyond that deemed reasonable by Best Badges. Returns Policy

As each Best Badges product is made to order, we cannot offer a refund unless a) the product does not match the approved artwork or b) the product is physically faulty (we ask you to return faulty products to us before we can issue a refund).

Delivery

Orders within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail or courier service depending on the size / weight of the order.  Additional delivery costs will be communicated for special requests such as Saturday delivery or next day timed delivery, or other circumstances were significant additional delivery expense is required.

Best Badges cannot accept responsibility for a delay or damage to your goods whilst in transit. However, we are committed to helping customers resolve any such problems as quickly as possible.

All button badges will have our web address printed on the underside edge in a way that will not interfere with your artwork.  Please let us know if you want this removed.

Offensive Material

Best Badges may refuse to process orders if the images or content is deemed to be offensive or may incite hatred.

Communication

We will contact you with information only as far as it is necessary or expected in order to process your order. If you wish to receive additional correspondence, please subscribe to our newsletter or contact us to request inclusion. Please check our Privacy Policy for GDPR compliance information.

Competitions

Best Badges may from time to time run competitions via social media and / or email.  Where a closing date and time is applicable and stated on the competition, entries received after that date and time will not be counted.  In the case of a prize draw, those entries will not be entered into the prize draw.  Employees of Best Badges Ltd and their relatives are not permitted to enter any competitions or prize draws. Ex-employees of the business who have left within the last 5 years are not permitted to enter.  Third party contractors engaged with Best Badges Ltd are not permitted to enter.  Prize draw entries will be numerically listed and a random number generator used to select the winner. No prize cash alternatives are offered.  The final decision as to the winner and issue of the prize lies with Best Badges Ltd.
