How long will my button badges take to arrive?
Our standard lead time is two weeks, or we offer an express service for one week delivery. These are production times from your final approval of artwork and receipt of payment, although we are flexible and if you let us know a specific deadline we can provide clear advice to ensure timely delivery.
How do I submit my artwork?
You can upload your artwork directly when adding your badges to the cart – just look for the upload field during the ordering process. Please note that only one upload can be made per order at a time, but if you have multiple designs, you can simply upload them all together in a ZIP folder.
Alternatively, you’re welcome to email your designs to info@bestbadges.co.uk, either before or after placing your order – whichever suits you best. We have downloadable templates if you want to lay your artwork out, but these are totally optional. Send us your designs in virtually any format, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I include multiple designs?
Yes, you can include up to five different designs in your button badge order at no extra cost. Simply place your order for the total quantity you need, and then either upload your designs during the order process or email them to info@bestbadges.co.uk.
When uploading designs via the website, please note that only one file can be uploaded at a time. However, you can include multiple designs by uploading them all together in a ZIP folder.
If you need more than five designs, we charge £2.50 per additional design after the first five. Feel free to get in touch – we’re happy to discuss your needs and how we can help.
What are button badges made of?
Button badges are made from steel components, pressed together with a printed paper layer behind a protective plastic covering.
Can you supply less than 50 button badges?
Yes. We can supply from a single badge upwards. For small orders, simply send an email to info@bestbadges.co.uk and we will be very happy to help.
Can you pantone colour match?
Print for button badges is a full colour CMYK print, so not pantone colour matched. If you are concerned about colour, we can supply physical samples for you to check – just let us know after you place the order.
