Artwork Advice and Template Downloads

Unlike other companies we do not charge for helping you out with your artwork.

Here at Best Badges we like to keep things simple. Just upload or email us your artwork and we’ll put it onto your badges. If anything complicated turns up along the way, we’ll work it out with you.

If you have your artwork ready, you can upload your artwork using the ‘Upload Files’ button on the product page. One upload per product, if you have multiple designs please upload these in a compressed ZIP folder. To submit artwork after placing your order, simply email the files to info@bestbadges.co.uk (quote your order number if you have one).

To help ensure that you get the very best badges you can, here are some helpful tips for when you supply your artwork for some of our most popular products:

Button badges

Artwork Format
We can accept artwork in almost any format, but what we really like is a fairly high resolution jpg (300 dpi), or an eps or pdf. If you are in any doubt, just email your artwork through and we’re sure we’ll be able to work it out.

Bleed
When we put your artwork onto the badges, we need a little spare room to form the edge and underside of the badges. If your design is on a single colour background, it’s no problem for us to do this for you, but if you have a photograph or complicated image in the background you’ll get a better result if you allow plenty of bleed for us to work with.

Fonts
We have a lot of fonts here, but it is possible that we won’t have the exact font you’ve used on your design. That’s not a problem if you’ve sent us a nice jpg, but if your fonts haven’t been rasterised, we may have to do a bit of scratching around to match the font.

Submission
Just email your artwork through to info@bestbadges.co.uk , quoting your order number and we’ll do the rest!
