These fabric badges feature your own custom design beautifully printed.
Compared to woven badges, printed fabric badges can provide much more detail
and allow for colour-mixing in the design itself achieving a pleasing effect
for logos, text, and creative designs. There is also no colour limit to printed
badges as the design is printed straight onto your badge.

Suitable for clubs and sports teams, Scouting or Guiding groups, general work wear or school wear, as well as being popular
with artists, these badges are highly customisable in shape, size, colour and design. With so much possible, you can
let your imagination guide you.

Follow these steps to order custom made printed fabric badges:

1. Select the size required.

To calculate the size, draw an imaginary box around the shape that you would like the badge. Then take the average of
the height and the width.

2. Decide whether to add an iron on backing.

Choose No Special Backing if you would like to sew the badges, or Iron-on Backing for heat activated adhesive (can be
ironed or fixed with a heat press).

3. Choose the border type from either an overlocked border or a heat cut edge.

An overlocked or merrow border gives the badge a brilliant finished appearance, with a wraparound border. Alternatively,
for intricate shapes or a precision outline choose a heat cut border instead.

4. Email your design with the order number in the subject line.

can be made prior to production, so that you can be sure of a pleasing final product. If you require any advice about

The usual production time is 3-4 weeks from your final approval of a design proof. We complete all design proofing free of
charge, and can happily work through multiple versions of an artwork proof until it is exactly as you need. It usually
takes us 1-2 working days to produce a formal artwork proof from your submitted design. We supply this to you by email
in jpg or pdf format prior to arranging production.
