Embroidered Badges
Ideal for reward and recognition, embroidered badges are made by stitching the image onto the base cloth and so they have a textured and raised feel. Generally, embroidered badges have an overlocked edge, although they can be heat cut to any shape. They are machine washable and can be ordered with a choice of backings, or no backing if you prefer to stitch the badges on.
Standard delivery is 4 weeks from receipt of payment and artwork approval, and is included within the price.
Express delivery of 2 weeks is available - just check the box when ordering and the additional express cost will automatically be included.

We have no order minimums but the more you order, the cheaper the unit price becomes. Just type in the quantity and the calculator will tell you the price. Most designs require 75% embroidery.
Rectangle badges - size = (length + width) divided by 2.

Prices here are subject to sight of artwork. Prices here are for up to 9 colours. Contact us if your design contains more colours or if your design requires metallic or glitter thread. Hard pvc backing is also available.

We can also supply Woven Badges - here, the surface of the badge is smooth, and the edge of the badge is generally finished off with an overlocking stitch. Simply contact us for details.
