Embroidered Badges - are made by stitching the image onto the base cloth and so they have a textured and raised design. Generally, embroidered badges have an overlocked edge. This is the most popular type of cloth badge we supply.
Woven Badges - here, the surface of the badge is smooth, and the edge of the badge is generally finished off with an overlocking stitch.
All of our embroidered and woven badges can be ordered with iron-on or sticky sheet backings, or with no backing if you prefer to stitch the badges on yourself. They are also machine washable.
Ordering Embroidered or Woven Badges from us is easy - simply follow these steps:
1. Email us at info@bestbadges.co.uk telling us how many badges you need and any details you think are relevant. Put your name / company name / charity name etc as the subject.
2. Attach your artwork to your email. It doesn't matter how rough this is - we have even made badges from designs scribbled on a napkin.
3. We will let you know the TOTAL cost of your order and give you an estimated delivery date.
Small orders are not a problem but the more you buy, the cheaper the price per badge is.
Remember, we have no hidden charges - we do not charge extra for artwork advice, machine setup, proofing or even shipping (within the UK). We do require payment upon confirmation of order by PayPal, BACS transfer or cheque.
Standard delivery is 4 weeks from receipt of payment and artwork approval. Express delivery of 2 weeks is available at additional cost.
