How do I get my artwork/ photo to you?
It’s best if you can email us artwork rather than sending it on paper, it just
means the end product will look a lot better.
You can send over artwork in any format you want, just as long as it is nice
and big. The bigger the artwork, the better the quality of your badges.
Although we take any format, our absolute favourite way of getting artwork
is to have it in EPS format and at least 500x500 pixels.
So basically you send us whatever you have and it should be fine!
With photos tt's best if you can email us your photographs rather than send
us originals. If you do send originals we will do our best to return them,
but we can't make promises.
The photo I want to use is a bit rude and the text I want has swearing,will
you still print it?
We know all about bands, stags & hen nights, don't worry about us blushing!

How do I know the badges will look good?
We always email over previews of our badge products before we start production.
This is so that we can both be sure you are getting exactly what you want.
After you have received your email preview you can suggest changes, and we
will only start manufacture of all of your badges once you are totally happy
for us to do so.
How long does it take to get stuff back once we've ordered?
Our quoted turnaround time is four weeks from when we receive payment. If you
need your badges in a hurry we do offer an express service. For an extra
5 per hundred badges (or stickers or 'sets' of other products) we can get
your badges to you within a week of payment!
Can you send us some samples?
As a rule we don't send our samples or our products, this helps keep our prices
way down.
However, we have made stuff for over 3000 customers in the last few years and
every single one of them has been chuffed to bits.
Can I spilt my order between several lots of artwork?
Normally we will only split an order of 100 25mm badges into two different
designs. If you want to split it further than that then we charge a fiver
per split in the hundred.
